Who Am I?
I'm currently a UX Designer at Capital One! I graduated from the University of Michigan- School of Information with a degree in Information Systems - UX Design and a minor in Asian Languages and Cultures, Chinese.
As a first-generation college student, the educational and financial obstacles I've faced have shaped me to become self-motivated, communicative, and resourceful.
Channeling these characteristics along with my experiences in Management and Operations, I am an empathetic designer. I am dedicated to designing accessible and inclusive products to improve user experiences.
Outside of work, I express my passion for music through my Instagram account, Malana's Acoustics.
